We are down to the bear bone with mid season injuries but fear not listener, Sam and Tommy are here to make sure you get your fix of NPLW action. The two go over the week that was as RedStar extended their lead at the top of the table, Fremantle put forward a spirited performance against a defiant Perth SC side, the NTC got back to winning ways and familiar faces are back at Balcatta.

FTW - Round 9 Replacement Pod

Tommy and Josh are at Fremantle and give their thoughts on the gripping 4-3 win for Fremantle City over the Perth SC. Kelechi then joins in for a quick chat about league leaders Olympic Kingsway beating Floreat Athena 1-0 before talking a little more on NTC 4 - 1 UWA.

Chris Coyne is a man who needs no introduction when it comes to football in WA. He is a former Socceroo, a 4x League winner,  4x Coach of the year winner and the head coach for the Bayswater City team that won the league 3 years in a row and won EVERYTHING in the process.

We start off the pod with Ben Gilby giving us his thoughts on another wild weekend in the league season before Tommy and Kelechi talk about a 7-1 come from behind win for RedStar over the NTC.
Perth SC remain hot on their trail with a blossoming strike force and re-enforcements are the rare. Balcatta are back to winning ways as we see our second "naughty girl" of the season at UWA and we talk about science and striking the ball as Freo get the chocolates over MUM FC.

Josh, Sean and Tommy are here to wrap up a weekend of NPL action where 3 was the magic number and there were upsets at the top of the table.

Casual Football Chats - Ep 6 - Neil Bennett

Neil Bennett describes himself as a husband, father, one time marathon runner and tragic Arsenal fan, but he's more than that. Firstly, he knows a thing or two about the weather, but more importantly he's played a part in coaching some of the best players the NPL has seen and played just a big a part in documenting the women's game too.
In this chat, we dance through time talking about the origins of his love affair with football, the familiar migrant story of moving to Australia and finding community through sport and his unlikely journey from reluctant youth football coach to reluctant State champion.
We also finish off the interview by Kelechi throwing him under the bus and asking him for the best XI that he's witnessed here in WA!

FTW - NPLW Round 6 - Aus Cup Round 5

Tommy and Kelechi were down at RedStar arena to cover the blockbuster between Perth RedStar and Balcatta Etna.  The boys highlight the key moments of the match with interviews from Peter Rakic and Carlos Vega Mena. 
The boys then go around the grounds and point out some huge results for UWA Nedlands and Subiaco before finishing off with some Magic of the cup as Ashfield pull off a cupset!

I told her don't shoot

Sam and Kelechi are in the studio again to talk another huge week of NPLW action. But thanks to the power of technology, Tommy and Ben Gilby make huge contributions off the bench!
The team talk a huge win for MUM FC and have an interview with head coach Steve Atkins, they break down Balcatta's 3-1 over Subi and ask is Rakic ball finally starting to settle in? No naughty girls this week but our favourite Naughty girl is back in the league along with a couple other Glory starlets, we talk about their impact in the league and can anyone stop RedStar?

Sean, Josh, Nick and Kelechi are here for another weekend of football to talk about listeners!
"You know who" are top of the league - we try our hardest not to talk about them but we do have a terrific interview with Jason Saldaris who is allowed to talk about them. We talk Inglewood v Armadale and ask if Inglewood are in trouble. We have a couple naughty boys at Kingsway and Stirling, with huge wins for RedStar, Fremantle and the Green Machine. Bayswater draw with the league leaders and more on this episode of the PFP.

Josh and Kelechi were at Hartfield Park for an emotional day for the club and the football community. The boys talk about the 3-1 for Forry before speaking doing a quick round up of the NPL Men and Women results!
